Black Professionals in Construction is a platform for Black and Ethnic Minority Professionals within the construction and built environment industry to connect, through networking while, championing and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Embarking on a new recruitment drive, BPIC needed specialist help to advertise via social media to a select group of ethic minorities within the construction sector. We created and delivered campaigns to drive traffic to their website sign up page across Facebook and Instagram advertising, targeting their key customer demographics in London, Birmingham and Manchester.
The campaigns were run across both the Facebook and Instagram advertising networks for a period of 2 weeks. During this time the targeted ads returned over 70,000 impressions, 6,000 link clicks, with an impressive cost per click of just £0.05.
