Funded by the Welsh Government Challenger Project. Foundation Economy Torfaen work in partnership with 52 innovative Welsh businesses, communities, public and third sector organisations. These organisations aim to help strengthen local communities by bolstering food supply, increasing the use of local construction companies, improving social care and regenerating Wales’ high streets.
We designed a range of bespoke training sessions designed around Torfaen's small businesses getting the best out of their social media use. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we delivered five training and Q&A sessions remotely via Microsoft Teams to a range of different business owners. The sessions were aimed to provide the business owners with tools, tips and tactics to get started, optimise and improve their social media activity.
All the training sessions were well received, with attendees engaging and applying the topics and tips provided to their businesses. The sessions were also recorded and provided to the Foundation Economy Torfaen for business owners to consume at their leisure.
